Where are your rugs made?
Our rugs are machine-made (power loomed) in Belgium and Turkey by Dynamic Rugs, a family-run manufacturer with over 30 years of experience. Each product page lists the exact material and country of origin.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States, no minimum required. Rugs ship rolled and protected, and tracking is emailed as soon as the order is on its way. Large rugs (9'x12' and above) ship by freight carrier, and the carrier calls to schedule the delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return most rugs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Email us first for authorization with photos of the rug and packaging. The rug must be unused, in its original packaging and rolled, not folded. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the rug.
What if my rug arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe secure checkout. You can also choose Klarna to spread the cost over time: Klarna shows the plans you qualify for, and approval and terms are decided by Klarna, not by us. We never store your card details.
What sizes and shapes do you offer?
We carry rectangles from 2'x3'11" up to 12'x15', plus rounds, ovals and runners. Most collections come in several sizes; each product page has a size selector with exact pricing.
Are your rugs good for dogs and cats?
Most of them, and we say which on every product page. Our polypropylene and polyester rugs are woven in a dense, low pile with no loops for a claw to pull and nothing to shed into a coat. Accidents blot up off the surface and wash out with mild soap and water, and the fiber does not hold odor the way wool does. Our wool and viscose rugs are softer and more delicate, and we do not recommend them for a room a pet actually lives in.
What materials are your rugs made of?
Our collections use polypropylene, heatset polypropylene, polyester, space-dyed polyester, viscose, wool and blends. Machine-made synthetic rugs are durable, stain resistant and easy to clean, and wool rugs offer a premium natural feel.
How do I clean my rug?
For routine care, vacuum regularly without the beater bar. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Most synthetic rugs can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight.
